Mission

Before they had buildings, the early church leveraged third spaces like markets, courts, houses, to share the Gospel and build Kingdom community. We follow this path and leverage relational partnerships with recovery centers, jails, assisted living facilities, fast food restaurants, a bakery, the library, the park, and more, to be present in community rhythms and saturate the city with the Gospel.

Vision

Our vision is God-sized. We believe God is calling us to build something beautiful here in Bristol than can be replicated elsewhere. Our model is simple, leveraging existing assets to develop Kingdom community. What began in Jerusalem in 33 AD reached Rome in a couple decades. We believe ripples of this revival will reach well outside this region.

Values

We value being WITH those we serve. Presence is a vital tool that drives our ministry. We believe in empowering our family to be creative in coming up with new ways to reach our city with radical love. All that we do flows out of a passionate, personal relationship with Jesus. We value story-telling. Through telling our personal stories of redemption, others are invited to join us as we follow Jesus.

Our ministry seeks to align with what we see in the book of Acts. We consider ourselves an apostolic movement that is embedded in various spaces across the region. Whether in jails or nursing facilities, in houses or at the park, The Table exists to reach, empower, and release the marginalized to build the Kingdom. We believe that the Kingdom is all about those you wouldn't expect doing what you couldn't imagine. Jesus chose many whom the world had overlooked and believed they would be the ones to turn the world upside down.

Our Sunday Gatherings are just a portion of what we do. We have opportunities daily to engage in community, grow in faith, and serve the least. No matter where you are on the road to faith, we want to walk alongside you. Our hope is that as you join us on the journey, you'll discover a God who is active, alive, and at work in your life.

Sundays at The Table

Church can be an intimidating place to visit — especially if you don’t know what to expect. We invite you to experience a passionate gathering with us on a Sunday soon. Whether in the morning at The Tabernacle or the evening at The Table, you will find a community of people who really love each other and earnestly desire to make Christ known in this region. Our worship services are humble yet powerful. Our teaching is soaked in Scripture and shared with zeal. Each of our services provides food, music, a message, prayer, and fellowship.

AUTHENTIC WORSHIP

We look for God’s love in our lives as evidence that we have been truly worshiping Him. We hope that time in worship with our community creates a hunger to go deeper and give more to the construction of Kingdom community. Worship should spill into our week, shaping how we come beside others and shine the light of Christ into the dark.

TEACHING FROM SCRIPTURE

We believe that passionate, practical teaching is the catalyst for transformation in an individual's life. Scripture is inspired by God, inerrant, and our authority regarding Christian beliefs and the guide for Christian living. The Bible is central to every sermon we preach. Practically, we aim to compel our community to be contributors, not consumers.
